Private views allow you or an invited contact to view a list of artworks in a variety of ways. Your recipient can choose between a stylish grid of images that open out into a slideshow or a carousel. They can also opt to download a PDF allowing a client, or one of your team, not only to view beautiful, seachable presentation documents on iPad, iPhone and any laptop but also store them to view offline.
In a nutshell
It takes only a moment to make a private view and requires no skill or patience. The result is more multi-purpose and professional than any document and takes just seconds to make. The recipient can choose when to visit their web page and how to view the artworks. No printed documents. No giant email attachments.
It is perfect when you need to present artworks as one group that might not even be on your website and personalise the result. This is ideal for Offer documents for your clients or sending lists of new works by an artist to a curator.
Multiple formats
Here's how it works
- Make a new private view from any group of works and add the link to an email in less than a minute.
- Prepare a private view in advance and you can send the same link to a number of valued collectors, curators or journalists. Optionally you can add a personal message to the page itself and a special username and password for that exclusive touch.
- The group of works can be anything from one to a hundred artworks or more.
- You choose how much information they get to see about each artwork, with options for showing / hiding information on Price, Medium, Dimensions, Provenance, Exhibitions, Literature and Description or Commentary.
- When you set up a private view, you send a link, not a big attachment. So you won't get a lecture about the cost of roaming bandwidth.
- Your client can click on the link and view the artworks at their leisure in a variety of formats.
