It takes less than a minute to create an invoice and automatically write the sale details to the accounts, contacts and artworks records. You can add multiple artworks to an invoice in seconds, each with different discounts. You can add notes and standard library items relating to tax, credit terms or shipping. Invoices can be customised with your own logo and headers and footers. Accounting can be in any currency and you can even show two currencies on an invoice with automatic conversion between them at a rate you determine. The invoice system can deal with complex transactions involving three way splits, commissions and Droit de Suite. All invoices are automatically saved in the documents archive.
