There is an initial cost for the licence for Artlogic Online and the standard customisation for your gallery. Once you are up and running, an ongoing subscription fee is payable, which includes hosting, backups, 5,000 free emails a month, upgrades and support. Artlogic Online mailing system

We have great mailing deals available for galleries, collectors and artists who need to send more than 5,000 emails a month. If you know you'll be sending emails to a large mailing list every month we can offer you a fixed monthly mailing price that gives you fantastic value for your email campaigns. If you need a more flexible approach, allowing you to send a large number of emails some months but not others, we can bill you according to how many emails you send so you only pay for what you use.

CURRENT MAILING DEALS

• Pay NOTHING if you send less then 5,000 messages per month.
• Pay just GBP 40 per month and send up to 40,000 emails then your free allowance of 5,000 goes on top of this, taking you to 45,000 messages for just forty pounds per month. You need to pay us for every month for this facility whether you use it or not.
  
• For clients who need to send more than 5,000 emails some months but not others we offer a pay-as-you-go price plan. For details of prices please click here.
• For clients who need to send over 45,000 emails per month we can offer an additional 40,000 for an additional GBP 40 per month.

Self-hosted (running your own server)

If you would prefer your solution to run only within your local network, you will need to buy a Mac OSX server and spend around $850 on web server middleware and ensure that we have full administrative access for upgrades and support. Upgrades may not be so rapid or frequent if your solution is self-hosted and some degree of technical sophistication may be required for you to run your server and install upgrades. You will probably need to retain an IT consultant to help you buy and install the server and to support your network, your backups, etc. An installation fee will be payable in addition to the cost of Artlogic Online. Conditions

• All the time you use the solution (whether hosted on our machines or yours) you will need to pay us the monthly subscription every three months by credit card or PayPal or by standing order (UK).
• Additional set up costs may apply to galleries with multiple locations.
• Above prices exclude optional website integration or website hosting, and importing of your existing data. Please contact us to obtain a quotation.
• VAT (sales tax) will be applied to all sales in the UK at the prevailing rates and to sales in the EU where your tax number is not supplied.
• Minimum subscription term is one year.
