Website integration

A big part of our business is making bespoke websites for all types of clients. Click the following link to see our art related sites. If you would like us to quote you, please contact us with a description of the website you would like us to make and a creative brief. With a website that integrates with Artlogic Online you will reduce error and save a huge amount of time in administering the artworks on your website. If you would like to partner with another firm on your website, we can offer a data feed service.

Artlogic Online mailing system

When you need to exceed your 5,000 free emails a month, we have great mailing deals available for galleries, collectors and artists. If you know you'll be sending emails to a large mailing list every month we can offer you a fixed monthly mailing price that gives you fantastic value for your email campaigns. If you need a more flexible approach, allowing you to send a large number of emails some months but not others, we can bill you according to how many emails you send so you only pay for what you use.

Current mailing charges

  • Up to 5,000 messages FREE per month.
  • For larger galleries or more frequent mailers, an additional 40,000 messages per month can be pre-paid for just GBP 40 per month (ongoing). For this facility you need to pay us for three months upfront whether you use it or not.
  • A Pay-as-you-go price plan is available for clients who need to send 5,000 - 9,000 emails per month or send a lot of messages in some months but not others.

We bill you GBP 10 per thousand messages when you go over your allowance so it is easy to calculate based on the size of your list and the frequency of mailings if you would be better off with the 40,000 per month mailing deal or PAYG.

Conditions

  • All the time you use the solution (whether hosted on our machines or yours) you will need to pay us the monthly subscription every three months by credit card or PayPal or by standing order (UK).
  • Additional set up costs may apply to galleries with multiple locations.
  • Above prices exclude optional website integration or website hosting, and importing of your existing data. Please contact us to obtain a quotation.
  • VAT (sales tax) will be applied to all sales in the UK at the prevailing rates and to sales in the EU where your tax number is not supplied.
  • Minimum subscription term is one year.

How many user licences do you need?

You need enough licences to cover the number of people who will be typically connecting to the system on a typical day. Even if someone does not need to enter or edit data, if someone does need to refer to the system as part of their job, they will usually need a licence. However, you may not need a licence for every user. For example, if you have six people sharing four computers then you only need four licences because under those conditions, it would be impossible to have more than four connections at a time. A licenced user can connect from their mobile, their iPad, their computer at home and one at the gallery all on the same day under one licence since they are unlikely to be making multiple concurrent connections. If you have people who do not work on the same day as each other, one licence will cover both of them. Our charges reflect that we feel smaller galleries should pay less than larger ones and light users should pay less than heavy users. Since it is dificult to measure or create a charging structure for the amount each person uses the system we count the number of people. Please feel free to discuss your circumstances with us.
