Record: Artlogic Online is comprehensive and allows you to store most of the information you need to work with your clients, suppliers, your mailing lists, your inventory of artworks and the artists who made them.
Search: There are different views for different sub-sets of data which you choose from a menu that is always on the screen. Quick searches that work like Google, advanced field level searching, the ability to save searches, and super powerful 'expert level' searching enable you to find just the records you want. You can then flag records you want to omit, add to or replace the group of records you are working with.
Retrieve: You can view the information in various ways, either in fast lists or a shorter list with a detail browser.
Report / export: You can create the things you need, for the records you want in the format you like (invoices, accounts spreadsheets, mail merge letters, invitation lists, address labels, packing labels, stock sheets, sales reports, commission reports, shipping lists, insurance valuation lists, etc.).
