We build websites , powerful database systems and multi-channel publishing solutions that minimise the hard work and complexity involved in maintaining information via the internet. We offer our clients cross-platform tools to do jobs themselves. Without any training, special software or skills, large teams of people can work simultaneously, updating information to be outputted to web, print, or local files. Through our work with art galleries and the British Council, there are thousands of people using our systems in almost every country in the world. Our Archimedes content management system delivers effortless management of large projects and unique online publishing and printing mechanisms.
We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our design work and on using our experience to deliver solutions that meet the client's aims for a project even if they were not all fully articulated in the brief. We are adept at understanding an organisation's needs and thinking out the implication of functional and design decisions from an end user's perspective. We are able to share some of our knowledge, insights and experience through our consultancy work.
Our commercial work includes a secure e-commerce website for a multi-national television marketing company selling products to 18 countries in seven languages. This significant project went into profit within nine months offering excellent return on investment. Not all of our projects are massive online databases or publishing projects; we make affordable websites for small businesses and individuals.
Art gallery software
Since the 1990s, we have provided proprietary software to art galleries and worked with leading contemporary British artists. Since 2006, we have been offering a full, outsourced database service to art galleries. Known as Artlogic Online, it is the world's first fully comprehensive, entirely internet-native art gallery management solution. We can also offer art clients our mailing list system, public websites, streaming media, private web pages and high-resolution storage.
